Do you feel drained out long before the day ends? Is there a lack of motivation that keeps you from doing your best or is it just drowsiness and mental exhaustion? Take care of your health: While you are at making the most of your daily hours, make sure that you eat nutritious food, check with your health-care provider on taking vitamin and other vital supplements to keep you energized. For fitness – Join a dance class, yoga or gym. Stay healthy and energized. Your appearance plays a role in making you feel better. You are beautiful, but make sure you take good care of yourself. It will help you boost your confidence. Maybe a regular change in hairstyle, a manicure as long as you are comfortable with it and it will help you go a long way in terms of confidence. Say a prayer or start a gratitude practice at the end of the day, listing all the things you were thankful for, the things that went well during the day. Things may not always go as planned but try your best and you will see a positive change in your day and in your life.

A few tips for the weekend: Spend time with family and friends- Family is the one who has known you the longest, they are with you every day through thick and thin. While they may not always offer support, they are a connection that needs nurturing. Spend time with them and for them. Same goes with friends, they are the people you can share memories with, laugh with and confide in, and it is important to take some time out to spend time with them. Go on weekend getaways once in a while. They are a great means to re-energize your spirit and your day, they help you connect with nature and other sights and smells. Try and use some time to meditate, silent sitting or playing calm music while lying down and focusing on your breath will help you refresh. Chances are you work at a job that only utilizes a certain part of your brain. You might be into doing the same things over and over again. Taking a class, whether it be cooking, quilting, or French history can help your brain work areas that are normally unused. Plus, you will gain some extra knowledge that will benefit your life both in conversation and in awareness. When you will make most of your time, you will emerge with a sense of satisfaction and gratification towards life.
